🔁 Refund & Rescheduling Policy

At Astro By Rajesshwaar, all consultations, healing sessions, and courses involve dedicated time, energy, and prior preparation. Therefore, we follow a strict No Refund Policy, with a rescheduling option for genuine cases.

❌ No Refund Policy

• All payments made for consultations, healing sessions, healing programs, and courses are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued once a session is booked, regardless of personal reasons or change of mind.
• No refunds will be provided for dissatisfaction, as occult sciences offer guidance and awareness, not guaranteed outcomes.

🔄 Rescheduling Option (Allowed)

• Clients may request one-time rescheduling if informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability of slots.
• The rescheduled session must be completed within 30 days of the original booking date.

👉 Rescheduling is offered as a professional courtesy, not as a right.

⏳ Late Notice / No Show

• If a client informs less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, rescheduling will not be allowed.
• If the client does not attend the session at the scheduled time (no-show), the session will be considered completed, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.

⚠️ Technical Issues

• In case of technical problems from our side (internet or system failure), the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
• Technical issues on the client’s side do not qualify for refund.
